Reservations and Bookings

Reservations made through or accessed from EconomyAutoRentals may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant Rental Provider or booking partner.

Depending on the booking process, a reservation may be completed on our Website, through a third-party booking platform, or directly with a Rental Provider.

Submitting a search request, selecting a vehicle, clicking a booking link, or providing contact information does not necessarily mean that a reservation has been confirmed.

A booking should be treated as confirmed only when the applicable booking process indicates confirmation or you receive the required confirmation from the responsible booking party.

You are responsible for reviewing all booking details before confirming a reservation, including:

• Pickup and return dates and times.

• Pickup and drop-off locations.

• Vehicle category and rental duration.

• Total price and applicable taxes or fees.

• Driver age and license requirements.

• Payment methods and deposit requirements.

• Mileage limits and fuel policies.

EconomyAutoRentals does not guarantee that every reservation request will be accepted or fulfilled. If a booking cannot be completed, the responsible booking party should communicate the applicable next steps in accordance with its policies and applicable law.

Third-Party Rental Providers

Rental Providers are independent businesses and may operate under their own terms, conditions, policies, and eligibility requirements.

When you make a reservation with a Rental Provider, you may enter into a separate rental agreement or booking contract with that provider. The rental agreement generally governs the rental vehicle, vehicle handover, driver eligibility, payment obligations, insurance arrangements, deposits, cancellation conditions, vehicle returns, and other rental-specific matters.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, EconomyAutoRentals is not a party to the vehicle rental agreement between you and the Rental Provider.

We are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of Rental Providers, including vehicle condition, vehicle availability, service quality, conduct of staff, rental disputes, or failure to provide a vehicle as agreed, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded or arises from our own acts or omissions.

If you have a concern about an existing reservation, you should contact the party responsible for that booking using the contact information provided in your confirmation.

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payment arrangements depend on the applicable booking process and Rental Provider.

Payments may be collected by EconomyAutoRentals, a booking partner, or the Rental Provider. The responsible party should be identified during the booking process or in the applicable booking confirmation.

Rental Providers may require a deposit, security hold, credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment method. Payment requirements and accepted methods may vary by location and provider.

Cancellation, modification, no-show, and refund conditions are determined by the terms disclosed for the relevant booking, subject to applicable law.

Before completing a reservation, you should review the cancellation deadline, refund eligibility, modification fees, and any non-refundable charges.

If EconomyAutoRentals directly collects a payment or processes a refund for a particular transaction, the applicable disclosed payment and refund terms will govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.

EconomyAutoRentals does not guarantee a refund for charges collected by an independent Rental Provider or booking partner and cannot promise a particular refund outcome where the decision rests with that party.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or other remedy that you are entitled to receive under applicable law.
